With your help, SYC and the SSA are aiming to raise over $7500 to provide cataracts surgery to those in need in India throughout the month of November 2008. We are doing this through Change for Change at the University, booths at the Gurudwara as well as canvassing. The Sikh Youth of Calgary surpassed the goal of $7500 and raised a grand total of $9551!

SYC Light The Night Walk to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada

SYCs goal is to raise at least $5000 and support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The 5 km twilight walk features participants carrying illuminated balloons to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer.
